Grant Reporting
Grant recipients must provide a final report on their grant award one month following the end of the grant period. That date is stipulated in the grant award letter.
Final grant report requirements will be posted to the online account that was created at the time of your application.
If your organization plans to re-apply for funding before your final report due date, an interim report must be submitted along with the application. The interim report questions are included within the grant application. Please note that a final report will still be required.
